Very professional company - Rob who did the quote listened to my concerns, addressed them accordingly & for a job that was going to be quite fiddley I was very happy with the price. I engaged AGP for my roof gutter and bird protection. The team at AGP including Rob who estimated and provided a pre inspection quote, went through in detail the cost and the materials for installation.The AGP team was responsive for all my queries promptly. They provided an install date and the back office team even preponed the install date to suit my travel plan.On the day of the install Mitch, the roof plumber and team did a wonderful job and after installation took photos and sent across to me the following day.It was a hassle free experience to install the roof gutter and bird protection with the AGP team.I would highly recommend AGP to prospective clients thinking of installing roof gutter and bird protection at their property.Murali Mangalath

Brendan & These guys are the best in the business when it comes to a good quality product and service, anything gutter guard related. Have used Aussie Gutter Protection & Screentech for over 5 years now to solve some of our trickiest pest jobs. The product is great for keeping birds, possums and rodents out. Yay no more annoying birds. Rob was very nice during quotation but price was higher than expected. The waiting time was quite long but once Ash got right into installing it, he did a wonderful job. Good workman ship and it looks nice.

AGP conducted themselves in a professional manner. Beginning with a quote, they were on time and explained their products and approach to install. Upon acceptance, AGP provided updates to likely timeframe. Prior to installation, Ashley, the installer rang to schedule a day. He was on time and properly installed the gutter guards with no fuss. I highly recommend AGP.

I reached out to AGP for the installation of gutter guard mesh to keep out the possums going in my roof of my period home property and had a visit from Rob. A kind annd straightforward bloke I know I was in good hands and quoted me a great price for what needed to be done. I then had a call from the director annd he upgraded my order to a more premium product to last me another twenty years at no cost to me. Unbelievable and Today I had the pleasure of seeing the meticulous hard workmanship of a young all round confident tradie Mitch work under the supervision of James from Aussie Gutter Protection. Very happy with the exceptional detail that goes into the work he does. On top of this, prior works that needed to be done organised by Rob were also at a high standard for the installation of new gutters and Down pipes from Chris. Not only did they both do the job efficiently they included extra rain catchments on the gutters and extra edging of gutter guard mesh to keep any pests out. OVERALL a great result!.

Very professional, friendly & reliable service from start to finish. Nice to see that there are still service provides like Aussie Gutter Protection who actually deliver what was agreed, on time and in a professional manner.Rob -who did the initial quote - arrived spot on as agreed and answered all questions I had and provided all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He did not pressure to make any decisions on the spot, he gave us a quote, explained how he got the total amount, explained the process from start to finish..Carol - who assisted with setting the appointments and invoicing- was very friendly, professional and reliable with all the communication and service she provided.Installers (Shaun with his coworker - unfortunately I don’t catch his name) arrived spot on on time, both men were very polite and respectful to my questions and towards our property.This company and their service gave us a huge peace of mind knowing our gutters are now protected. I loved that pictures were provided to show what was installed as we could get to the roof to see it ourselves. We are very happy with our fitted mesh gutter protection installed four years ago. We have tall eucalypts overhanging our house and the mesh has proven it’s worth. We’ve recently had a service call and inspection after a branch fell. A damaged area was quickly replaced. We can strongly recommend this company and the gutter mesh

Highly recommended! The team were VERY patient with us - we're doing a new build so they came out to site quite a few times! Before signing up, they clearly explained the products they have & which they recommend for our particular build & site.I also think the price was very reasonable. We'll be calling them back to do another section which hadn't been covered with roofing as yet.Why we did it -Our neighbours built a new double-storey next door to us & within 6 months had huge weeds/plants growing in their gutters. So after I looked into this, it felt like a no-brainer to have gutter guards put on, especially if you've got a double-storey & don't plan on getting up there often to clear them out. We have lots of council trees hanging over our houses in our street - and we also have a massive pine tree right behind our house.

If you need to keep out pests leaves and other things I would strongly recommend you MUST use this business. This is now my 3rd house I have Brendan do and yet again their installer Mitch did a great job. I cannot fault them their service or their product. If you want the best result use the best team and AGP should be your go to. Thanks for your service.

I had gutter guards installed yesterday and was very impressed with the thorough job they did. Mitch was professional, he spent some time on the roof and I could see quality workmanship and care had been taken to do the job well. They gave me photos of the installation with the warranty papers on the same day, and Mitch answered all my questions and was pleasant and professional. I had three quotes from other companies but this one was local to my area and they offered a decent price and warranty. I will be recommending them to others.

We are really happy with the professionalism of the work undertaken to protect our gutters and property from damage, the friendly professionalism of Mitch and Ben on the day, and the communication that occurred in advance with getting the quote, organising a timely date for the work to occur, and the follow up afterwards with photos of the roof to show the work that had occurred. I recently had Aussie Gutter Protection install 500 metres of gutter guard at Bendigo Retirement Village Spring Gully. Jeremy was extremely helpful during the organizing and installation process. Shaun the installer carried out his work to the highest standard, even some of our village residents took the time to congratulate Shaun on his outstanding level of clean up and workmanship. We will definitely be using this company again in the future.

I used AGP for the installation of custom fit gutter guards. For the first interaction with Carol calling to setup the appointment, through to Rob coming to inspect and quote, and the wonderful Mitch who was our installer; the process was fantastic. AGP organised the required permits, boom and lifts, Mitch was very professional, well spoken and friendly. We could not be happier with our ew gutter guards and the amazing service we received. I found AGP to be very professional and friendly. We were provided a fair price considering the difficulties our house being an irregular shape. I didn't feel it necessary to look for competing quotes. The installation crew were also very courteous and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to engage them for further works in the future.

We had gutter guard installed in our home to stop leaves from clogging the gutters.The salesman Johnnie came out on time, measured the job, explained all aspects and gave us a choice of 3 meshes.The price was very competitive and the installer did a great job, he was thorough, neat and did not rush.The whole process was very enjoyable.We can highly recommend AGP.Thanks guys.

Last spring birds were nesting in my roof, squeezing underneath where the colourbond met the gutter (even though I couldn't get my own hand in there). This spring AGP installed Guttermesh and the birds couldn't get in, quickly giving up and moving on.I don't have to worry about the birds pulling out some cheap plastic mesh from Bunnings, and I didn't risk a fall from a ladder trying to do it myself. Would definitely recommend AGP to anyone with bird problems - money well spent!

Sharon was absolutely lovely to speak to from making an appointment through to final payment. I got the recommendation for AGP from my sister who was very happy since her installation with them about 7 years ago. The initial appraisal was thorough. The quote when it came through was not the cheapest but I weighed the reputation and the competing products and went with AGP's Emberguard given the proximity of my house to a forest reserve. The job was done on the agreed day with no drama and the quality looks good. At the end after my inspection I asked them to look at one edge which hadn't been pulled down to completely close a 1cm gap, and they cheerfully got out on the roof again to fix it. It seemed like they did care about doing a good job. I can't comment yet on the durability of the installation but hoping that like my sister I will continue to be happy with their work over the coming years.

AGP replaced all the mesh gutter covers on my house and garage after the originals installed for the previous owners were damaged by a severe hailstorm a few months ago. My house has low-pitch, corrugated metal roofs. The new AGP mesh is much neater and more securely installed than the previous, damaged installation. AGP offered a tougher, finer mesh capable of preventing fine seeds from clogging the gutters during the winter. This is a issue on our street which is lined by large English plane trees. All the gutters were cleaned by AGP before installation of the new mesh. Installation was within a week of the original timeline provided by the sales representative. They performed the agreed work on budget and schedule. The installers also suggested a few minor improvements that I could make to my gutters in the future to avoid other potential problems during heavy rainfall. This demonstrated that the installers have experience, take pride in their work and have the customers best interest in mind. I was satisfied with the service provided.
